STORE WALLET POLICY

To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your HAUTEBOX BOUTIQUE account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
Subject to our terms of return, HAUTEBOX BOUTIQUE will issue you a store credit:

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website: www.hauteboxboutique.com

  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.

  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store (if available).

  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.


Note: Please treat Store Credit securely like cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of authorized payment by sending an email to hello@hauteboxboutique.com.  Any amount deducted will be returned to you in 5-10 business days.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the SIZING GUIDE in detail before making a purchase. Unfortunately, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we don’t offer refunds but we offer store credit. You can find the refund section under My account.


Returned items are to be sent by the customer to our office location:
The items must be new, unused, and with the HAUTEBOX BOUTIQUE tags still attached in the original packaging.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or perfumed and will not be accepted. We will not accept returns on orders that have been altered in size.
HAUTEBOX BOUTIQUE reserves the right to reject your refund, if the product returned is not in their original unused state.


Refund request emails should be sent to hello@hauteboxboutique.com within 3 days of receiving the order. A customer will be given store credit only for the price of the item returned excluding any taxes, duties or shipping paid. Store credit will have a 6 months validity from the date added.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Orders will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated time for receiving an order is approximately 2 weeks.



Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped the next working day.



We charge a fixed rate of AED 30 for domestic orders and approx AED 200 to 300 for international orders depending on the weight of the package. Please note that VAT, customs, and any import duty taxes may vary from country to country and must be settled by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery. We would recommend that you consult your local authority for more details.



HAUTEBOX BOUTIQUE will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.


We ship via courier companies. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it. Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer.


Alternatively, you can select the click & collect service. You can then pick up your order from our Business Bay address free of charge. We will get in touch with you via email or WhatsApp and provide the address and arrange for a time for you to collect your order.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency). Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.


If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.


Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

 

HAUTEBOX BOUTIQUE will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

 

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
